Book: Reserve your Hertz 24/7 vehicle via the Hertz 24/7 app or in-store tablet available at selected Costco warehouses across the UK. You’ll receive a booking confirmation and vehicle access code by SMS and/or email moments before the start of your rental.

Unlock: Enter your unique 6-digit PIN code directly into the pin pad located on the driver's side windscreen to access your vehicle

Go: The ignition key is inside the vehicle. Just follow the instructions inside the van and go!

Mileage Rates may vary depending on the vehicle type selected and are subject to change in accordance with the current fuel prices. Always ensure that you check the applicable Milage Rates on the date of your booking. Fuel card included to cover any refuelling needs. 

**As part of the membership enrolment process you will be required to send a photo of your driving licence, front and back, and a photo of yourself holding your driving licence. These photos are a mandatory step in your membership application, failure to provide good quality images requested will mean your application will not be processed.
